Toole Design Group is a small firm with a national reputation for excellence in transportation planning and design located in the Washington, DC metro area. Our work includes a wide variety of projects at the local, state and national level – including roadway, trail, bikeway and streetscape design; expert consultation with state DOT’s on non-motorized transportation issues, federal program technical assistance (including the Federal Safe Routes to School Program), and a wide variety of master planning projects for local and regional governments throughout the U.S.
