Daina manages Toole Design’s Marketing Department and leads a team of proposal coordinators. With a degree in Advertising Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, Daina uses her creative background to direct design decisions, provide brand guidance, and ensure compliance and quality control. She collaborates closely with the Communications team to enhance Toole Design’s marketing presence, digital strategy, and outreach, including social media messaging. Colleagues throughout the firm seek Daina out for her impeccable insight, her compassionate approach to communication, and her deep commitment to innovation and teamwork.
Outside of work, Daina enjoys long bike trips, gardening, and engaging her connection to Lithuania through music and the arts.
