Senior Planner

Joe Fish is a Senior Planner with over nine years of experience in pedestrian and bicycle planning, safety analysis, GIS, and technical writing. As the Chair of the Research Subcommittee of the Transportation Research Board Pedestrian Committee, he is highly attuned to the latest, greatest advances in pedestrian safety and facility design. Joe is considered a national expert on non-motorized traffic counting and has managed diverse planning and policy projects for state departments of transportation and local government agencies. With both public sector and private sector experience, Joe excels in transportation safety data analysis and problem identification, strategic planning, project prioritization, and performance measurement. 

In his free time, Joe enjoys gardening, cooking, and chasing his kids around the Colorado Front Range.
