Nathaniel Fink is a transportation planner at TDG's Boston office. He strives to make communities healthier, livable, and sustainable by expanding transportation options that make biking and walking become every day choices. His work includes bicycle master plans, Safe Routes to School (SRTS) implementation, state and federal design guidelines for biking and walking, and research. He is currently finishing his Master's degree in Urban & Environmental Policy & Planning at Tufts University, where he has specialized in Vision Zero policy implementation, bicycle planning and design, campus transportation planning and design, community engagement, and geospatial approaches to modeling transportation behavior and demand using ArcGIS. He has also traveled to the Netherlands to study best practices in bicycle planning and design.
Prior to joining TDG, he served as Communications Manager at Massachusetts Bicycle Coalition, a statewide bicycle advocacy organization.
