Paula Huerkamp, MBA

Paula pulls from her educational background in industrial design, as well as her masters in business administration to guide technical staff through the proposal process. Her attention to detail, time management skills, and team-oriented approach combine to deliver submittals on time and within compliance. She is a people person and enjoys unlocking the challenge within each proposal. She thrives on problem solving through the array of issues that arise during any pursuit. Since joining Toole Design in 2018, Paula is always excited to come to work because she has seen the positive impact her work has to reshape communities.

Outside of the office she enjoys traveling, playing the puzzles on the New York Times, being multimodal, listening to podcasts, crafting and sewing, and cooking up plant-based delights.
