Russell Isler is an Engineer at the Toole Design Group's Boston office. Russell specializes in bicycle and pedestrian design and map making and strives to make communities and towns safer and more accessible for biking and pedestrian access and transportation. Russell received his Bachelors in Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst (UMass). Prior to joining Toole Design Group, Russell worked as an intern for the City of Agawam Engineering Department, where he helped design and build bike lanes through the downtown area, which helped to improve bike safety and accessibility to the downtown sector and the town as a whole.
In his spare time, Russell enjoys spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and playing the alto saxophone.
