The office is located at 172 E. Main Street, a three-story brick building at the corner of E. Main Street and Liberty Street in the heart of historic downtown Spartanburg. The entrance to the building is on Liberty Street. We are diagonal across Main Street from Denny’s Corporate Headquarters and directly across the street from the Local Hiker (historic Kiddie Korner building). The office is on the 3rd floor, but keycard access to the elevator is required; please telephone us upon your arrival and we will be happy to come downstairs and greet you.
Conveniently located in Downtown Spartanburg, most surrounding streets provide excellent access by bike. We are located on the E. Main Street portion of the “Downtown Loop” bicycle route. If you prefer a dedicated bicycle facility, bike lanes are located on Broad Street, running parallel to Main Street one block south. You can then easily access Liberty Street at its intersection with Broad Street to proceed directly to our front door. Bike racks are located on Main Street in close proximity or you are welcome to park inside the building’s main lobby on the 1st floor. If you desire secure, indoor bike parking, please phone ahead and we will be happy to assist.
TDG’s Spartanburg office is accessible from all SPARTA routes, as they originate/terminate at the SPARTA Passenger Center, which is located one block north of our office at 100 Liberty Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306. Take any SPARTA route to the SPARTA Passenger Center, walk south on Liberty Street, cross Dunbar Street, and the front door to our building will be in the midblock between Dunbar Street and Main Street.
Via I-26, take Exit 21B (US 29) east toward Downtown Spartanburg. Drive four miles on US 29, which becomes Main Street as you approach downtown. Our building, 172 E. Main Street, is located at the corner of E. Main and Liberty Streets. From I-85, take Exit 72 (US 176) east toward Downtown Spartanburg. Drive 5.5 miles on US 176, which becomes I-585 and then Pine Street as you approach downtown. At the intersection of Pine Street and Main Street, turn right onto Main Street. Drive 0.5 mile on Main Street to arrive at our office, 172 E. Main Street, located at the corner of E. Main and Liberty Streets.
Ample, free, two-hour, on-street parking is available throughout downtown, including along Main, Liberty, and Dunbar Streets, the streets that surround our building. Should you require more than two hours, a parking garage is located on Dunbar Street directly north of our office.
