Toole Design Group was honored to be selected by the Pennsylvania Environmental Council to develop a strategic business plan and marketing strategy for Philadelphia’s Bike Share program. The project will be completed in May 2013 with the actual launch of the bike share program scheduled for 2014. The first phase of implementation will make over 1,000 bikes available to the public at roughly 100 stations around the City. For more information go to PlanPhilly.com
