Belinda Judelman is a planner in Toole Design’s Portland office. She recently received her Master’s of Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University. Belinda brings experience in research and statistical analysis, GIS, and community engagement to our team. She has experience assessing a variety of indicators of community health through her work with Portland State University, Sustainable Seattle, the Institute for Metropolitan Studies, the Institute for Sustainable Solutions, and AmeriCorps Vista.
In her spare time Belinda enjoys cooking, rock climbing, backpacking, playing ultimate frisbee, listening to live music, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
