Brendan is a multimodal transport network analyst experienced in transportation project evaluation and data analytics. Prior to joining Toole Design, he worked for the University of Minnesota’s Accessibility Observatory, developing and implementing multimodal access to destinations metrics in transport network evaluation. During his time at the Observatory, he led or contributed to a variety of projects, including bikeway access impacts analysis, regional transit investment evaluation, and measurement of access to destinations nationwide. Brendan holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and specializes in bicycle and pedestrian network analysis.
Outside of work, Brendan enjoys biking, hiking, running, and spending time with his Australian Cattle Dog.
