Brooke DuBose, AICP
Northern California Office Director
Brooke DuBose, AICP is Toole Design’s Oakland Office Director. She brings project management experience in active transportation policy, planning, and engineering projects throughout California and New York. Her experience includes bicycle and pedestrian master plans, transit access studies, multimodal corridor studies, and public space revitalization. She has dedicated her 20-year career to serving communities through the lens of equity and inclusion.
Brooke is a seasoned urban strategist with a passion for impeccable organization and client service. Well-versed in the technical issues, politics, and economics of bringing solutions to diverse communities and environments, her objective for all clients is to help them define their goals, provide them with top-level advice, and strategically position their projects for success. She oversees complex teaming and client relationships across departments, agencies, and public/private partnerships to develop and deliver innovative projects.
Outside of work, you’ll find Brooke biking, hiking, and exploring the many transit systems around the Bay Area with her husband and two sons.
