Project Planner II
Connor is a project planner with experience in bicycle, pedestrian, and transit planning. Prior to joining Toole Design, Connor worked for an international non-profit organization in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he worked on sustainable transportation and urban development projects, including bicycle planning and bus-rapid transit station area planning. He received his Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Urban Development from the Technical University of Darmstadt (Germany). Prior to attending graduate school, he worked for a sustainable architecture consulting firm in Phoenix, Arizona.
Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, ceramic art, playing and coaching ice hockey, fly fishing, and exploring the Twin Cities on his inherited vintage road bike
