Executive Assistant

Crystal is Toole Design’s Executive Assistant, and she is based in our headquarters in Silver Spring. She provides a multi-faceted skillset in executive administration, meeting logistics, operations management, and she is passionate about teamwork, communications, and helping others achieve their goals. Crystal was formerly an executive assistant at an event planning firm and an executive account manager at Toyota Financial Services, where she handled the accounting statements of time-sensitive accounts while assisting with new hire orientations, trainings, and mentorship programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business with an emphasis in professional studies from West Virginia State University.

During her free time, Crystal enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, traveling and sightseeing, and hosting networking events in the local Washington area.
