Dan Reed, AICP
Project Planner I
Dan has worked with communities across the United States to make their streets safer, more attractive, and more enjoyable public spaces. As a trained architect and planner, their experience includes Complete Street design, site planning, travel demand research, and public outreach. They have produced graphics and guidelines for several Complete Streets manuals in small towns, suburbs and large cities; developed regional active transportation networks; and led data collection for projects ranging from parking studies to travel surveys and bikeshare usage. Dan has also participated in multiple design charrettes, one of which (in Miami, FL) culminated in the construction of a road diet in the heart of downtown.
Outside of the office, Dan enjoys spending time with their partner William and rescue pitbull mix Drizzy.
