Derek Jander, PE

Derek is a senior professional engineer with design-build and design-bid-build experience in developing and implementing detailed design of transportation infrastructure projects. Derek specializes in roadway and civil/site design and the analysis and coordination of the details and elements that go into complex transportation infrastructure projects in an urban setting. With engineer-of-record experience on many of his projects, Derek has served clients, both during design and during construction, on projects across North America.

Outside of Toole Design Group, when he is not swinging a hammer on any number or home improvement projects, Derek can be found on a bike ride with his partner through town or on the trails.
