Eva Gramatikova-Rowe, PhD, MBA, CESCL, EIT, CPESC
Eva’s professional experience includes working in both the private and public sectors. She has been involved in a variety of land development and water resources projects, including multi-phase master plans , stormwater management and hydraulic modeling, water control facilities design, green infrastructure, utilities layout and permitting, environmental permitting, roadway design and frontage improvements, watershed and wastewater master planning, NPDES MS4 permitting, and construction plan and document preparation. Eva has worked closely with numerous local municipalities to recommend capital improvement projects to improve water quality, reduce flooding, and enhance quality of life.
Outside of work, Eva can be found traveling, entertaining with friends, reading, watching documentaries, crocheting, gardening, or spending time with her young son in the park.
