He joined Toole Design with a decade of experience with multimodal transportation planning and project management in local and regional government.
During his tenure in the public sector, Jeff’s accomplishments include managing the design phase of bicycle and pedestrian projects, developing a new Safe Routes to School action plan and prioritization tool, managing a local traffic calming program, developing a “slow zone” feasibility study, coordinating successful grant applications, and regional long-range planning and programming. Jeff embraces diving into procedural and permitting details, and enjoys facilitating one-on-one or group discussions with members of the public or other stakeholders.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys going on bicycling and hiking trips with his wife, Eve, and their dog; and playing baseball.
