Jessica Zdeb is a Senior Planner at Toole Design with experience planning for walking and bicycling at scales ranging from corridor to campus to region. She has led numerous bicycle and pedestrian plans to create connected networks that enable people to walk and bike to school, work, and other destinations. She brings strong data analysis, field observation skills, and her experience as a daily bicyclist to all projects, and she is skilled at incorporating public involvement and feedback into plans through dynamic public open houses, interactive stakeholder and steering committee meetings, and online engagement tools. Jessica is Toole Design’s lead for campus bicycle and pedestrian master plans, and she has particular experience with data-driven assessment of streets to develop bicycle networks.
Jessica is a daily bicycle commuter with experience living in some of the United States’ most bicycle-friendly communities. Outside of work, she enjoys running road races, cooking and baking with seasonal produce, and riding her Rivendell in the country.
