Jonathan is a planner dedicated to making our cities livable, enjoyable, and safe for all. With skills ranging from GIS and data analytics to conceptual design, they have supported projects crossing public and private sectors, and negotiated sometimes conflicting needs between public agencies, community members, and other stakeholders. In their work, Jonathan recognizes the importance of empowering bicyclists and pedestrians in order to make our streets better for everybody.
Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys exploring the Bay Area by bicycle. They also are also studying Cantonese, learning how to skateboard, and finding ways to get involved in the Oakland community.
