Planner II

Katie Knapp de Orvañanos is a planner in Toole Design’s Seattle office. She specializes in developing plans, policies, and programs that improve and expand transportation options through the use of technological innovations and inclusionary planning processes. Prior to joining Toole Design, Katie was the Transportation & Mobility Coordinator for the City of Evanston, IL, where she revised the City’s Complete and Green Streets Policy, launched the expansion of a public bikeshare system, and secured and managed transit study and corridor improvement grants.
