Kenneth Loen, P.E., ENV SP
Kenneth Loen, P.E., ENV SP is a civil engineer and holds a master’s degree in urban planning and design. With nearly three decades of experience in transportation engineering and project management, Kenneth has a long history of working with transportation agencies and municipalities throughout the Puget Sound region. As an urban designer, Kenneth combines his infrastructure design experience with his strong desire to enhance community integration by providing alternative transportation choices. He is keenly interested in issues of urban design, function, and articulation, and brings an eye for these details on projects covering many transportation modes, including commuter rail, transit bus, and a range of significant pedestrian and bicycle facilities.
Away from the office, Kenneth enjoys tennis, skiing, hiking, tinkering on old cars and motorcycles, sailing, and exploring the city on foot and by bike.
