Kenneth Loen, P.E., ENV SP
Kenneth Loen, P.E., ENV SP is a civil engineer and holds a master’s degree in urban planning and design. With over 25 years of experience in transportation engineering and project management, he has a long history of working with transportation agencies and municipalities throughout the Puget Sound region on projects covering many transportation modes, including commuter rail, transit bus, and a range of significant pedestrian and bicycle facilities. Kenneth combines his infrastructure design experience with his strong desire to enhance community integration by providing alternative transportation choices. As an urban designer, he is also keenly interested in issues of urban design, function, and articulation.
Away from the office, Kenneth enjoys tennis, skiing, hiking, tinkering on old cars and motorcycles, sailing, and exploring the city on foot and by bike.
