Matthew Parrent, AICP

Matthew is a Principal Planner in Toole Design’s Los Angeles office. He has over 15 years of experience leading projects that integrate land use planning, and urban design and transportation for both the private and public sectors. Matthew has led a variety of project types including transportation corridor analyses, multimodal transportation facility studies, objective design standards, and wayfinding. For all these projects, he has developed innovative solutions that support mobility, safety, and connectivity for all users. Matthew can clearly and concisely explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and find creative solutions to help drive projects forward.

In his free time Matthew enjoys exploring the diverse flavors Southern California with his family.
