Megan McCarty Graham, P.E.
Megan McCarty Graham is a licensed Project Engineer in Toole Design’s Silver Spring office. She is a versatile engineer and skilled project manager with a sharp eye for details and an understanding of design that prioritizes the user experience. Megan’s experience includes working on traffic analysis, transportation planning, bicycle facility design, urban design charrettes, and wayfinding. Megan is a contributing author to the forthcoming AASHTO Guide for the Design of Bicycle Facilities, and managed the production of all graphics for the Guide. Megan’s diverse experience includes past work for a local bicycle advocacy organization on various advocacy, education, and outreach campaigns, bringing a unique prospective to our team.
Outside the office walls, Megan is most likely to be found planning for her next big trip, enjoying a cup of coffee, taking photos of everything, and exploring all that the Washington, DC area has to offer.
