Megan McCarty Graham
Project Engineer
Megan McCarty Graham is a project engineer in Toole Design’s Silver Spring office. She is our wayfinding expert, having had major roles on a wide range of wayfinding projects across the country, and developed the content for a new wayfinding chapter in the forthcoming 2019 AASHTO Bike Guide. Megan is a skilled engineer and project manager with a sharp eye for details and an understanding of designing for the user experience. Her experience includes working on traffic analysis, transportation planning, conceptual design, bicycle facility design, urban design charrettes, bus rapid transit, bikeshare, and comprehensive Safe Routes to School travel plans. Prior to working at Toole Design, Megan worked as a traffic engineer and for the local bicycle advocacy organization on various advocacy, education, and outreach campaigns, bringing a unique prospective to our team.
Outside the office walls, Megan is most likely to be found planning for her next big trip, enjoying a cup of coffee, or exploring all that the Washington, DC area has to offer.
