Megan Wooley-Ousdahl, AICP

Project Planner

Megan Wooley-Ousdahl, AICP is a Project Planner in Toole Design’s Oakland office. She has diverse experience managing land use and transportation planning projects, such as bicycle and pedestrian plans, general/comprehensive plans, specific/small area plans, and development agreements. Megan has worked in a variety of settings, from small towns to large metropolitan areas, and she enjoys developing creative, dynamic community engagement efforts that seek to reach people of all ages and backgrounds. She is skilled at facilitating conversations that explore community needs and interests and helping communities understand trade-offs and options. Megan enjoys building partnerships; she has worked collaboratively with universities, county and municipal governments, community organizations, non-profits, and advocacy groups. She aims to connect the dots between people, ideas, and projects to create user-friendly, visionary community plans.

When not in the office, Megan can be found crafting and sewing, reading Agatha Christie novels, jogging, and exploring new places with her husband.
