Phillip Rudd

Technical Support Specialist

Phil has a strong background in help desk and small-network administration. He has an encompassing knowledge of many of the technologies commonly used in offices such as VOIP, videoconferencing platforms, and hardware troubleshooting. At Toole Design, Phil is actively involved in staging equipment, answering tickets, and helping the other members of the IT department. Phil worked in the restaurant industry for many years prior to joining Toole Design, and he uses his experience in a customer-focused industry to bolster his current role and get the most out of daily interactions.

Outside of the office, Phil is exploring the vast trail network around Seattle with his wife. When he runs out of energy, he can probably be found watching a variety of sports or doing some gaming at home.
