Regina Arlotto, AICP
Gina Arlotto joined Toole Design as a Senior Planner after many years of working in urban planning, active transportation, and livability. Over the course of her career, she has worked as an urban planner, bicycle planner, architectural historian, and community organizer. She has a wide range of experience developing plans and programming that can change the conversation around daily bicycling by engaging all stakeholders and building consensus. Prior to joining Toole Design, Gina worked as the Washington Area Bicyclist Association’s Safe Routes to School (SRTS) policy director, a position she pursued after writing one of the first SRTS grants for her own children’s public school in Washington, DC.
Gina, her husband, and her three kids have a number of pets who love transportation almost as much as she does: there’s Metro the mutt, Decker the corgi, and NoMa the cat (RIP Taxi-Cat). In her spare time, Gina enjoys knitting, touring historic sites, and getting lost in cities.
