Thomas is a transportation planner who finds solutions to complex planning problems through quantitative and qualitative analysis and communication with diverse stakeholders. He has produced safety analyses, guided Complete Streets policy development, produced Safe Routes to School travel plans, and provided transit system improvements that resulted in enhanced user experience, greater access, and increased ridership. Thomas’ diverse skillset includes project coordination, geographic and data analysis, research, writing, and public engagement on a range of projects with local to state wide impacts.

In his spare time, Thomas enjoys being active outside, reading, and exploring cities.
