William Huang, EIT
William is an engineer in Toole Design’s Boston office. He has had a wide array of transportation experience including roadway design and construction, signal timing design, traffic flow analysis, and transportation impact fee scheduling. Drawing on his knowledge from summer programs studying in the Netherlands and performing research for the City of Bozeman, he specializes in repurposing urban roadway spaces to be multimodal, safe, and livable. This stems from his belief that engaging and accessible public spaces are extremely important to the health of every community and he strives to achieve this in his work. He has already impacted a variety of communities, mainly in the Northeast, and is looking forward to doing work with more in the future.
When he is not in the office, William enjoys an active lifestyle by taking photos of landscapes, playing volleyball with friends, and riding his bike to explore new neighborhoods.
