Jessica Fields, PE, AICP

Jessica Fields is Toole Design’s Director of Operations for the Western U.S. She is a registered engineer and a certified planner, with the versatility to successfully manage complex multidisciplinary projects with diverse stakeholders and needs. Jessica is known for her attention to detail, while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the nexus between transportation, sustainability, and place-making. Her skills encompass all stages of project development from policy, planning, and public involvement through to the design and construction phases. Her past experience includes livability studies, transit station access studies, multimodal corridor studies, National Environmental Policy Act documentation, traffic studies, engineering projects, and curbside management plans. Jessica served on Toole Design’s Board of Directors from 2018 to 2021.

Originally from the East Coast, Jessica spends most of her free time exploring Colorado and the southwest through hiking, road trips, cooking, photography, and community events.
