Teresa Chang

Teresa is a data analyst specializing in leveraging data analytics skills to provide data-driven analysis for active transportation projects. She holds a Master’s in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering. Teresa has served clients across North America by conducting data analyses for bicycle and pedestrian plans, safety action plans, and trail and climate resilience grant applications. She has also developed tools to automate the geospatial data analysis process. Her work focuses on using data analytics and visualizations to tell stories and provide data-driven recommendations, aiming to promote healthier, more accessible, and sustainable communities for everyone.

Outside of the office, Teresa enjoys traveling, learning languages, and exploring new restaurants, coffee shops, and boba spots in walkable cities.
