RJ Eldridge has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will work with Jennifer Toole to strengthen Toole Design Group’s national presence and provide support to branch offices, oversee our Planning practice on a national level, and continue to work on key company projects.
RJ joined Toole Design Group in 2007 as the company’s Planning Director. In the ensuing eight years, he has overseen a nearly 10-fold growth in our Planning Department and expanded the firm’s capabilities in the areas of bike share, Safe Routes to School, and transit access. In addition, RJ has been a key part of the company’s growth and expansion throughout the U.S., providing support and oversight to office directors and planning staff in seven branch offices.

In addition to RJ’s professional career, he is an elected Councilmember in Cheverly, Maryland – a role which gives him added insight into planning and transportation issues at the local level.
