Annette is a seasoned traffic engineer with over two decades of expertise in transportation engineering. Her extensive experience includes planning and feasibility studies, aimed at identifying optimal solutions for the communities she serves. Annette is well-versed in traffic operations and safety studies, and she has managed projects from conceptual design through to preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for construction. Her project management experience includes signals, signage, striping, and maintenance of traffic design.
In her free time, Annette enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on her son at basketball games, or hiking with her dog in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
