Ayende Thomas, PE

Ayende is a Senior Civil Engineer in Toole Design’s Silver Spring office. She brings her experience as a transportation design engineer and stormwater management and erosion control plan reviewer from the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia as well as her experience as a project engineer for site development projects in Los Angeles County to help increase safety, environmental resiliency, and connectivity through multimodal transportation design. Ayende specializes in obtaining construction permits, public engagement, and delivering plans, specifications, and estimates of transportation projects.

Outside of the office, Ayende enjoys listening to music and attending live music events including concerts and festivals.
