Bea Becerra

Bea is an experienced project designer previously specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure. She has extensive experience in planning and designing complex systems, including water transmission mains, sewer systems, and lift stations, often involving coordinating utility conflicts, environmental evaluations, boundary surveys, and land acquisition. At Toole Design, Bea focuses on enhancing active transportation through the design of bike lanes, trails, sidewalks, and pavement markings, aimed at improving safety for non-motorized travelers. Her role involves developing innovative designs for active transportation projects while advocating for greater diversity and accessibility in cycling.

Outside of work, Bea enjoys riding her bikes, rock climbing, hiking, and playing with her cats.
