Cierra Belton
Engineer I
Cierra is an engineer in Toole Design’s Silver Spring office. After interning for a year, she was able to gain experience in signage, marking, and signal plans and she has expanded her knowledge in various design software. Cierra is excited to continue to grow and expand her knowledge within engineering and bring a fresh perspective to community issues.
Outside of work she enjoys reading and writing of all forms and tries to stay active in any way she can.
