Dan Starkey, PE

Dan is a Civil Project Engineer II in Toole Design’s Columbus office. After spending his early engineering career working on environmental and water/wastewater projects, Dan changed course to bring his passion for building places that move people in line with his professional work. He also brings his past knowledge and experience of working on large interdisciplinary projects, mitigating environmental concerns, and managing projects through construction to help him design and build better projects.

Outside of the office, Dan is engaged in his local neighborhood area commission and can be found biking to parks, playgrounds, and libraries with his wife and three kids.
