Diane Lambert, MPH

Diane Lambert is a senior planner who brings a combination of public health and transportation expertise to projects at Toole Design. She has nearly two decades of experience in community planning. Prior to her position with Toole Design, Diane served as the founding Executive Director of Partners for Active Living, managing and generating nearly $1 million in private and public funding to promote active communities and initiate pedestrian and bicycle programs in South Carolina. Diane is an efficient project manager, developing and overseeing a variety of local, state and national projects including travel plans, program guidelines and trainings. Diane’s leadership at Toole Design ensures our projects capitalize on broad impacts that include reducing obesity and improving public health.

When not working, Diane enjoys family hikes and bike rides with her husband and two daughters.
