Dustin Dekoekkoek, PE

Dustin is Toole Design’s Seattle Office Director and has a diverse background in all aspects of civil engineering with a focus on delivering high quality, constructible contract documents. His engineering background is extensive and varied, encompassing full roadway reconstruction, drainage and utility design, site development, and construction management. Dustin manages complex multidisciplinary projects from concept to completion with the ability to both see the big picture and speak to the smallest details. As Seattle Office Director, Dustin enjoys seeing staff thrive by doing work that they love and making a difference in their communities.

Outside the office, Dustin enjoys being involved in his community, biking, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
