Dylan Passmore, P.Eng.
Principal Engineer
Dylan is a licensed Professional Engineer with experience in both the private and public sectors leading transportation projects across North America and Brazil. Dylan specializes in the engagement, analysis, design, and implementation of complex and sensitive multimodal corridor projects, particularly related to pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure design. His hands-on experience as Engineer of Record for several programs and signature corridor projects at the City of Vancouver means he has an eye for detail and is intimately familiar with navigating complex tradeoffs.
In his spare time, Dylan enjoys getting outside, especially if it involves biking or paddling, or figuring out ways to combine both.
