Freddie Winter

Freddie is a transportation engineer with both public and private sector experience in developing construction plans for corridor improvement projects, including ADA curb ramp design, temporary multimodal traffic control, erosion and sediment control, and construction oversight. Along with his technical skills, Freddie brings his passion for context-based community design through equitable and sustainable transportation.

In his spare time, Freddie enjoys biking, bouldering, and hammocking. He has a passion for bonsai and volunteers at a local master’s garden, and he grows his own junipers, pines, and Japanese maples.
