Kabir is an engineer in Toole Design’s Silver Spring office. Always having had a passion for transportation design and planning, he is fascinated by the way transportation shapes both urban and rural areas. Through the University of Massachusetts Amherst, he gained research experience in driver and roadway safety features of multimodal streets via 3D point clouds and gained transportation design experience through internships. Through this work, he was able to develop, present, and implement plans and designs that safely served a wide section of road users. Kabir recognizes that increasing the viability of multimodal transportation options is crucial to making cities more inclusive and accessible.
Outside the office, Kabir likes to hike, play soccer and tennis, and travel and explore new places.
