Kyle McGowan, AICP
Project Planner II
Kyle is Project Planner with experience encompassing transportation safety, active transportation, transit planning, and spatial analysis. Kyle has a Masters in Planning from the University of Southern California and is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). His work passions include helping create safe communities for people to thrive, spatial analysis, and assisting communities to get funding for transformative projects.
Outside of work, Kyle loves to travel, garden, swim in the ocean, and go for long walks and hikes throughout Los Angeles.
