Lila Singer-Berk

Lila is a project planner with expertise in multimodal transportation planning. She works with federal, state, and local agencies to plan for equitable, healthy, and sustainable communities. Lila specializes in bicycle and pedestrian planning and policy, new mobility and curb management, stakeholder and public engagement, and facilitation. She has served clients across North America by leading and supporting active transportation plans, long-range transportation plans, corridor studies, transit plans, and asset management plans. She is passionate about working with agencies and their partners to organize and prioritize their transportation assets to advance thriving communities.

Outside of work, Lila can be found running and biking in and around Los Angeles, gardening, and cooking her favorite Jewish foods.
