Michael Houston, PE, AICP

Michael is Toole Design’s Seattle Engineering Group Manager. He is a Professional Engineer with a background in transportation engineering, traffic operations, and safety analysis. He previously worked for the City of Seattle. Over his years as an engineer and planner, he has worked on projects to improve mobility for neighborhoods and communities of all sizes.

Outside the office, Michael enjoys running, hiking, and skiing with his wife and two kids.
