Natalie brings 25 years of experience to her role as Director of Market Strategy, Western U.S., helping planning and design firms grow while staying grounded in their mission. She is known for her ability to align vision, voice, and action across organizations. Natalie holds a Master’s degree and a graduate certificate in Strategic Management from Harvard University, and built her career at the intersection of marketing, business development, and strategy.

As a steward of the built environment, Natalie focuses her personal time on issues related to sustainability and cultural responsibility. She activates her community in Portland, Oregon through volunteer work as an OSU Master Gardener and participation in the Oregon Bee Atlas. She has studied Japanese language for over 30 years, thrives on trail running, and relaxes by sailing with her husband.
