Ellie Fiore, AICP
Oakland Office Director
Ellie is a Senior Planner and Director of Toole Design’s Oakland office. She has a broad range of planning and project management experience throughout the Bay Area and nationally. She has worked on interdisciplinary and cross-sector planning projects at a variety of scales including Specific, General and Downtown Plans. She brings expertise in urban design, planning, and community engagement including integrated land use and mobility planning. She is passionate about creating safe and vibrant communities for all.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys exploring the East Bay on foot, reading, and catching live music.
