Paul is an urban designer with experience planning great places in both urban and rural settings. Paul specializes in creating achievable plans that reflect community values while using graphics to communicate complex ideas effectively. His practice focuses on human systems and the interconnection between land development and the way people move. He has an extensive track record of successful comprehensive plans, corridor studies, active transportation plans, zoning ordinances, and design guidelines, with projects featured in industry journals and showcased at major conferences. His work to create “future transportation” plans that embrace suburban retrofit and progressive street networks have helped clients across the Midwest realize people-first design and start every visioning process with a “yes.”

In addition to all things civic, Paul plays and writes music, enjoys sketching, intentional walking, and family adventures.
