Perrin Falkner, PE
Engineer III
Perrin is an engineer in Toole Design’s Portland office who has experience in site-civil design (stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control, and site layout), transportation design (traffic signing and striping plans, geometric layout for trails and roadways, micromobility planning, and field work), and AutoCAD and MicroStation, as well as in cost estimating and Spanish translation on local, state, and federal projects. Throughout her undergraduate career at the University of Virginia, Perrin pursued her passion for sustainability in various community-oriented design projects in the U.S., Armenia, and South Africa. Perrin sees boosting alternative transportation options in urban areas a way to make cities more accessible and vibrant spaces.
In her spare time, Perrin loves to run, hike, and cycle to explore the urban and wild outdoors, try cooking new recipes, test out her green thumb, and spend time with family and friends.
