Engineer III
Phil is an engineer with experience in the modeling, analysis, outreach, coordination, and design of transportation projects. Phil specializes in CAD work and Synchro modeling. He has served clients throughout the Southeastern US by aiding in various projects such as concept reports, corridor planning studies, safety improvement, and noise analysis.
In his spare time, Phil enjoys walking his dog, exploring cities, and brainstorming ways he’d improve them.
