Ray Burns
CADD Manager
Ray Burns is Toole Design’s CADD Manager/Senior Designer. With over 30 years of experience in land development, Ray has a broad range of skills that includes site layouts, roadway design, grading, and earthworks. Prior to joining us, Ray was a Project Manager/CAD Operations manager for a small land development civil engineering firm in Montgomery County, MD. He has developed and implemented CADD standards and training procedures for the efficient use of CADD and engineering design software for designers and engineers of all skillsets.
In his spare time, Ray enjoys painting, playing banjo and guitar, and bicycling.
